The body is our most valuable asset. We have only one body, so being fit and healthy is very important. If we did not take good care of our body, there are many bad outcomes that we going to suffer from.

Here, I want to introduce one very interesting but useful exercise that can help us to improve our heart condition and reducing our cholesterol level. This kind of training refers to cardio training.

What Is Cardio Training?

Cardio training is the exercise that requires our body muscle exercise in a regular and uninterrupted manner. This cardio training can elevates our heart beat rate between 60 – 85 percent of the fastest heart beat rate we can sustain.

What exercises are considered cardio training?

For example, jogging, walking fast, cycling, aerobics, swimming, biking are considered cardio training. So, cardio training is not something that difficult that you need to be trained. It is so simple exercise that you can do it everyday. The only question left is will you do the exercises?

What are the benefits from this cardio training?

1. We will gain energy and increase higher endurance level after some time of regular cardio training.

2. Cardio training will reduce our risk of getting heart related disease and same time it also reduce the cholesterol level to optimal condition.

3. Cardio training strengthens the heart and the lungs also.

4. Help reduce your weight to normal condition. Cardio training will help burns a lot of calories and fats. It also can help to control the weight if you already in good condition.

Cardio training is essential to improve your health. At the beginning stages, it is advise you do about 30-45 minutes 3 to 5 times a week. If you want to reduce your weight, it is better to have 5 days cardio training in your planning schedule.

Another thing to take note, never do cardio exercise before bedtime. This may cause you difficult to get into sleep. It is better to have some food 1 -2 hours before you start the cardio training.

Be consistent and stick to your training schedule. If you could strictly follow the schedule plan, sooner or later you can lower your cholesterol level.
