cholesterol life style change

High cholesterol level has become the most talking topics in our daily health talk. The success of propagation by government health sector has increased the awareness of the public about the danger of high cholesterol to our health.

However, the success of increase the awareness of cholesterol does not mean that every one start to lead a healthy life style. Many people still choose the high fat in content, oily and high cholesterol food. Why? Just imagine, people are busy with work nowadays. After the work, they just want to have a meal at their convenience. Then, look around our surroundings. Most of the food now is very delicious, but not healthy. Either they are having fast meal at fast food restaurant or they are enjoying dinner in a high class restaurant. Either way the choice of food is still almost the same.

Hence, this explains why the high cholesterol problem is becoming so common among the new generation. Our eating habit has changed greatly compared to our grandmother generation. Our living quality improves and we can afford to eat outside in the restaurant. We can afford more delicious food like sea food, steaks, etc. Unfortunately, this wrong eating habit and culture has brought us to the path of risking our health.

In order to fight against this cholesterol problem, there are a small group of people now start spreading the concept of eating right food. The government looks like start to realize their campaign of bringing awareness is not as effective as they think. They also start to promote a new culture of eating more vegetables and fruits. Encourage the restaurant to prepare design and present healthier dishes to customer. However, till now, the effort of changing our high cholesterol life style is still at very young stage. This right eating culture should be greatly promoted to the public and the food undertakers. With that only possible we can slowly change our high cholesterol lifestyle to a balanced healthier diet environment.

Other than promoting new eating lower cholesterol life style, exercising should not be neglected. More campaigns and more facilities built for people to do the exercise more conveniently. With that, the effort to change the high cholesterol lifestyle to a healthy society mission will be possible to happen.
