What is daily cholesterol intake recommendation?
This is a question that many people is looking for answer. If based on general criteria that set it is suggested that we should not take more than 200 mg cholesterol in our daily diet. This number is for those people with healthy cholesterol number which is having total cholesterol less than 200mg/dL
However, for those who are already belongs to high cholesterol level group or borderline high cholesterol level group, it is better not to take more than 200 mg cholesterol in your daily diet. The lower the better until you cholesterol level lowers back to normal condition.
How to starting low cholesterol diet?
Get a list of how much cholesterol of the food from health care centre. Then, design you daily food choices. Using substitution method, replace the high cholesterol food with lower cholesterol food. The easiest to remember is take more raw fruits and vegetables than meat or animal based food.
How much exercises should do weekly?
It is recommended to have some aerobic exercise like walking, jogging, swimming, cycling at least 30minutes daily or at least minimum 4 times a week.
