What is Stroke?
When an artery was blocked or broken, then it is most likely your neuro was damage and that is a stroke! When stroke occurs, a person will become disabled. Stroke can cause brain cells to die and this is not something easily be fixed or repaired. One of the most common stroke is known as Ischemic stroke.
This kind of stroke is caused by an artery problem. Different people will have different conditions when stroke happens. Some worst may get completely disable, some may partial disabled. It depends on the condition.
Our left and right brain control different sides of our body. Both sides control the opposite of the body. For eg. left brain will control the movement of the right half of the body and the vice versa. If happen that the right part of brain has been damaged by stroke, it may cause the vision gone. If strokes damage the left side of the brain, it may cause speaking problem. Any brain cells die will cause the loss of memory and paralysis.
High cholesterol is one of the leading factors of having blocked arteries. This may results in a stroke or heart attack. This blockage of arteries is called atherosclerosis. This is due to the LDL cholesterol is excessive and start to build up the wall of artery and cause the artery getting smaller. That is why it also relates to many types of heart diseases.
Seeing the stroke is so dangerous disease, it is advised that every one to have cholesterol test at least once a year or better once in 6 months time if your cholesterol level is at the borderline high.
Obesity, smoking, high cholesterol diet, lack of physical exercises, stress, sleeping late may adding risk of getting stroke or other diseases. So, it is better to lead a healthy life style, following healthy diet and frequent exercise is the only secret to live healthier and longe
